The Peyton-Falcon area is a growing area just outside of Colorado Springs. First of all, there are many local businesses, nice parks, and potential access to recreation centers depending on the neighborhood. Secondly, this community has access to many nice local conveniences, however, the commute to the greater Colorado Springs area is short. As a result, this allows for quick access without the hustle and bustle of living within it!
In the Falcon area, there are nice parks for kids, fun recreation centers and a great public golf course – NAME. In addition, the more rural areas to the North, you can peacefully live in the beautifully wooded areas of the Black Forest or Peyton Pines.
